Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
5 packets Splenda
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoon melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon water

How to Prepare:
In a 2-Cup Pyrex baking dish blend well left soy flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and splenda. Then add water, egg andmelted butter. Blend rigorously with fork. Cover with plastic wrap and cut small slit in center of plastic wrap to vent it. Microwave on high 1 minute or until fork comes out clean. Cool a bit; eat warm with whipped cream on top or cool completely to ice.
